‘I Will Get Everyone Jailed’, Nawazuddin’s Niece Sasha Accuses Family of Fabricating Evidence after Filing Sexual Harassment Case against Actor’s Brother Minazuddin; Reveals Proof

Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s life has turned upside down ever since his estranged wife Aaliya Siddiqui filed for a divorce. Aaliya has now gone back to her Hindu name, Anjana Anand Kishor Pandey as she no longer wants to be associated with the actor.

The world was only coming to terms with the shocking allegations of physical and mental torture made by Aaliya against the actor and his family, that now Nawazuddin’s niece Sasha Siddiqui has accused the actor’s youngest brother, Minazuddin Siddiqui of sexual harassment.

Sasha has filed a sexual harassment case against her uncle at Jamia police station in Delhi, and revealed disturbing details of abuse and harassment, and stated that even after marriage, her father and other family members have been harassing her husband and in-laws.

After Sasha filed the sexual harassment case against Minazuddin, the elder brother Shamas took to Twitter to clarify about the allegations and he stated that ‘Truth will be uncovered soonest.’

“How can someone misguide the law and file the same case with different statement at @DelhiPolice , when there was no name of @Nawazuddin_S  in the earlier statement given 2 years back to Court & the case is in #UttrakhandHighCourt as well” Shamas wrote in a tweet.

In another tweet, Shamas mentioned: “ I got to know that under the 7/8 POSCO act, the husband of the lady in the video has been accused and she has been accusing my younger brother Minazuddin for no reason but under someone’s influence.”

Reacting to Shama’s tweets, Nawazuddin’s niece Sasha accused her uncles including Nawaz and her father of fabricating evidence and filing a fake case. “@ShamasSiddiqui @Nawazuddin_S This "FALSE CASE" was filed by all of you by fabricating evidence. Please see the proof which I have shown to the world. I will get everyone jailed under Sec 193 IPC for filing a false case” she wrote.

In another series of tweets, Sasha went on to reveal some proof and alleged that her father has fabricated evidence. 

She shared: “My father an Advocate, wants to continue to lie about my age despite knowing that fabricating evidence is a crime punishable with 7 years punishment & both of you support him @ShamasSiddiqui @Nawazuddin_S Here is video proof of fabricating evidence.”

“@ShamasSiddiqui @Nawazuddin_S Look who is talking about misguiding the law. Hope I gave enough evidence in my earlier tweets to prove who files false cases & fabricates evidence. @DelhiPolice please file a case U/s 193 of IPC” Sasha tweeted.

Meanwhile, when Nawazuddin was contacted to respond over the sexual harassment allegations made against his brother, the actor refused to react and replied by saying: “Thank you for your concern, but on this, no comment.”
