The Indian entertainment industry functions with different arms that commonly serve the audience with their different content consumption needs. In a recent episode of his podcast, "WTF is," investor Nikhil Kamath engaged in an intriguing conversation with actress Tara Sutaria, Navya Nanda, founder of Project Naveli and co-founder of Aara Health, Kaivalya Vohra, Co-Founder & CTO of Zepto and Aadit Palicha Co-Founder & CEO of Zepto.

Tara Sutaria is one of the most popular actresses in the industry; after having an extremely successful run on Disney, she went on to debut at the age of 21 in Bollywood with 'Student of The Year 2'. Along with being an actress, she is also known for her singing skills.

In this episode, we witness Tara talking about her as a child and growing up as an introvert. Sharing her experience, she said, "I chose to sort of be in my sister's shadow because I was so uncomfortable with being me. I was so scared. Actually, the right word to use would be scared of everything. I would go to a birthday party with Pia, and I remember telling our chauffeur or our driver or mom or dad to pick me up in 5 minutes, so take a round and just pick me up because I can’t be at a party and stuff like that. So I was just very afraid, and I grew up like that, and unfortunately, my school experience and a lot of my college experience majority of my college  experience involved a lot of ragging and a lot of bullying, so when I was growing up, I chose to be in the theatre also I chose not to attend college because of the persistent bullying for whatever reason because I think I was just different, people didn’t know how to accept that"

Furthermore, she spoke about her views on the theatrical viewing experience and how it cannot be replaced with the OTT platform. In regards to this, she said, "It's just something you can’t replace that experience of, and as a people, it’s something, I love OTT platforms and love watching stuff on OTT platforms, all of us do right, but there’s just something that you cannot take away about that experience what we’ve all grown up loving all age groups, anybody and everybody. The food aspect of it, the fact that you can actually get together as a community and a society and actually not have very many differences for a change and just sit together, be together for those 2 or 3 hours and just forget everything that could possibly be worrisome that day and there’s so much we worry about in the last few years I feel like I can’t wait for people to go back to the cinemas"

This is Nikhil Kamath's 10th episode, and it unveiled views on watching films and content on the big screens and enjoying them with the whole family. The podcast dove into shopping patterns and trends, social media and work culture and entitlement. With it being the 10th episode of the podcast, we see several stalwarts of different industries grace it. Every episode of the podcast touched upon different topics.
