"I want the Chinese calendar also to call it the Year of Vijay Varma" - Vijay Varma on four releases in 2023

It is no secret that Vijay Varma is currently one of the most popular and talented actors, where he has been on a successful streak with a series of impactful releases which began with Dahaad on Amazon Prime Video followed by Lust Stories 2 on Netflix then having Kalkoot on JioCinema and now, Jaane Jaan on Netflix. With Jaane Jaan being the fourth in this year, it is yet another project to look forward to.

The recently released trailer for Jaane Jaan holds promise, with Vijay portraying the role of a detective, this showcasing his versatility after playing various complex characters in the past.

During the trailer launch, we exclusively asked him about how he feels about 2023 being called the 'Year of Vijay Varma,' he humorously responded, "Just very glad that this is happened at this stage in my life where work is coming out and is connecting with people and I find it damn flattering that they’re calling the year of Vijay Varma. I want the Chinese calendar also to call it the Year of Vijay Varma.”

2023 is undeniably becoming a remarkable year for Vijay Varma, thanks to his outstanding performances throughout.

Up next on the professional front, Vijay will be seen in Jaane Jaan which will release on 21st September on Netflix, apart from which he has Mirzapur 3 and Homi directorial Murder Mubarak.
