I vent out my anger on a boxing bag - Namik Paul

Namik Paul, loved as Shravan on Sony TV's love drama Ek Duje Ke Vaaste, has bruised his hands. Yes, the fitness freak Namik, recently injured himself on the set of his daily soap.

We called up Namik and quizzed him whether he punched someone or what? It is then when he told us, "No, we were shooting for a boxing sequence where I was required to be seen in a very bad mood and venting out my anger and frustration on a boxing bag. We shot the sequence over 2 days and this is what happened. Since I was totally into the scene, I did not even realize that I hurt my hand so badly.

"Nonetheless, it was fun shooting for the sequence. I was so into it that by the time we completed the shoot, I was famished," adds Namik Paul.

Hard work does pay off and so does your acting, since it is appreciated by all.
