I think my 18th birthday was the most special one for me - Sukirti Kandpal

It is November 20 and it is the pretty and damsel actress Sukirti Kandpal's birthday today. Sukirti was recently seen in Colors' Bigg Boss 8. Well, what sets her birthday this time very special is that she has planned a two day trip with her family specially for her D-day.

When got in touch with Sukirti, she excitedly reverted, "Actually for this birthday, I have planned to keep a party on November 22 and not on November 20. On November 19 and 20, I am not in Mumbai and just going to enjoy the day."

Which has been her memorable birthday? "I remember my 18th birthday very clearly. I generally get very excited on every birthday and likewise, I was very excited back then too. I remember I used to study in college then and I had been to watch a movie on my birthday. I had worn a very nice pink top and a short skirt and I remember every single thing about that birthday. So, I think my 18th birthday was the most special one for me."

When asked about her expectations from the coming year, she answered, "Well, every year has been very good to me. I would say even last year was very nice to me. My show did well and post that I got a chance to get into the Bigg Boss house. I think both of them did very well for me; I also bought myself a new property. Most of my goals for last year were achieved. The three things that I wanted from the last year - a big house, reality show and a big piece of jewelry - all of them were fulfilled. In the coming year, I want to do a good show firstly. My first thing would definitely be to choose the best of the projects. I would want to buy one more property and thirdly, I would want to spend more time in Nainital. I have not gone there for a very long time."

So, what is that Sukirti never fails to do on her birthday? "I celebrate the first few moments after 12 midnight with my mom and later with my parents. Going out is also something I never fail to do (laughs)."

Lastly, message to your fans... "I would just like to tell my fans that I really love them a lot. Their support has given me the confidence to do whatever I wish to do. I know it for a fact that whether I take part in a show, whether I start a show, there is a certain section of audience just waiting for my work. Whenever I even go for meeting, I know that I have a very big fan following and that is how I take my talk forward. My fans are my pillar of strength and I would want them to be with me forever."
