I see the younger version of myself in Pravisht Mishra: Rishi Khurana aka Trilochan of Barrister Babu

Colors’ show ‘Barrister Babu’ is gaining a lot of accolades from the fans. They’re loving the camaraderie of Vaijanti (Bondita) and Anirudh played by actors Anchal Sahu and Pravisht Mishra. The show took an eight years leap post which young Bondita played by Aurra Bhatnagar Badoni was eased out from the show.

India Forums got in touch with Rishi Khurana who plays the character of Trilochan Roy Chaudhry in ‘Barrister Babu’. In a candid chat with us, Rishi opened up on his bond with Pravisht aka Anirudh. He said, “I bond quite well with Pravisht. I see my younger version in him. He is a great guy, a quick learner, quite serious about the art that is acting”.

Talking about the changes in the show post leap, Rishi quipped, “The show has become more colorful , thanks to Colors TV (Pun intended)”.

Speaking about his camaraderie with young Bondita aka Aurra Bhatnagar Badoni, he said, “Aurra has been like a child to me. I have seen her grow in front of me. I had also started doing theatre when I was really young so I resonate with her. I get astonished about the fact that how quickly she turned into a beautiful actress, I have had the pleasure to teach her some things as per my experience, and learn some innocence from her… I love Aurra”.

‘Barrister Babu’ is produced by Shashi Sumeet Productions and has a stellar star cast including actors like Pravisht Mishra, Anchal Sahu, Rishi Khurana, Pallavi Mukherjee among various others.
