What does fitness means to you?
Fitness is very important for me and for remaining fit you have to eat healthy food. I am very particular about my weight.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
I regularly go to the gym for an hour to stay fit.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
Yes, very much I don't eat rice as I avoid carbohydrates and only include proteins in my diet which are in the form of vegetables, fruits and soups. I avoid having junk food outside.
Do you take protein supplements?
No.
Is there any sport you are skilled at?
Swimming, whenever I am bored I go for it.

My fitness secret is to be happy and fine.
