Actress Umang Jain, who is known for her roles in shows like Love Break Ups Zindagi as Sunaina, is back on screen after a long gap with Maharakshak Devi.

In conversation with us, she talks about the appealing concept, her expectations from this show and more...

You will be seen on television after a long time, where were you these days, "I started my career with television shows, my first show was with Zee TV as Justujoon and after that I did around 30 shows on POGO, Hungama, Disney Channel etc. When my burden of studies increased my mom didn't wanted me to continue with shows so I started with modelling. I have done around 150 commercials. After that I started doing films, I have done a Hindi film and regional movies as well."

What kind of preparation did you do to essay the role of Devi? She says, "It is out of the box character. I won't deny that I had to undergo a lot of preparations. I was a brown belt in Karate back in the school so I managed a few things because, I knew how to handle my body weight. When I was offered this role, it was a Yes from my side just because I was told that I will get to do action scenes. I am huge Jackie Chan fan and I have seen many of his films."

Do you think this as a big break? She answers, "Honestly, I am not taking it as a big break. I have not kept any expectations with the show but I have lot of hopes from myself. However, this will be a change for all those audience who have seen me in a particular way."

Talking about the concept. Umang says, "We are trying to focus on major social issues related to women, it also talks about self defence. By watching this show if any girl is motivated to learn self defence then my purpose to take up the show will be fulfilled."

He is an amazing actor. So natural and with so much conviction he does all the roles. He does not have the star looks but he is very talented. Average looking actor is better than Good looking actor with no talent !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can not say much about sonam's talent as she has hardly shown one except sanwariya.
