I have always been fascinated with supernatural shows: Rutuja Sawant of 'Pishachini'

Actress Rutuja Sawant, who was last seen on television in the Colors TV show Choti Saardarrni, is currently seen in the new supernatural show 'Pishachini'. This is her first project in the super natural genre and the actress is quite excited about it.

Speaking about her character, Rutuja says, "I am essaying the role of Shikha, Rocky's (Harsh Rajput) sister. She is a very loving and caring person. My character has various shades and layers hidden in it, so currently I am exploring every inch of my character and trying to get into the depth of it."

Talking about being a part of a supernatural show, Rutuja says, "This is my first supernatural show and I am happy to be part of 'Pishachini'. I feel that supernatural shows have some sort of an X factor in them and I have always been fascinated with this genre of show. Shooting for a super natural show is different from shooting other normal shows. I am getting to learn a lot of things from the experience of shooting the show as we usually shoot on croma. We have to assume things and imagine what is gonna happen next, while shooting on a croma. It's fun doing the stunts and other fun things that I haven't done till now."

Lastly, she shared that she is quite happy with the initial response to her character: "So far I have received very good feedback from the audience. The audience are loving my character as it is different from the ones I have essayed earlier. I have been receiving a lot of DM and calls of appreciation for which I am thankful and grateful. I can't wait for my fans and the audience to see what more is on their way."
