I had surrendered to the character completely - Anjali Pandey

Anjali pandey has made her debut with the newly launched show Roshni Ek Umeed on Life OK.  The young actress is on the hot seat today with us talking about her experience on the show as well as her journey thus far in the industry.  

Speaking about her background the actress says,"I started my career by doing popular commercial advertisements such as the AMUL campaign. Though I had a lot of offers coming my way, I didn't want to take up a typical saas bahu saga.  This show breaks the monotony of the regular run of the mill shows.  So when this show was offered to me, I immediately gave it a nod because I was sure that nothing can be better than this.  When my entry sequence was aired, I was flooded with phone calls and sms-es. I am feeling elated."

Talking about her co actor Pooja Gor, she says," She is really nice and a very good coactor to work with. I have not shot much with her as of now, but whatever scenes we did together, I think she is brilliant."

Speaking about her bollywood dreams the actress says," I would love to make my career in Bollywood.  Infact I have got many offers for films but I am waiting for a strong role to come my way.  I would also want to do dance and singing bases reality shows.  My favorite show is Jalak Dikhla Jaa and I am really keen to participate in that show."
