I feel it was the Karma connection that brought me closer to Lakshmi: Aishwarya Khare of 'Bhagya Lakshmi'

India Forums was the first one to break the news about Aishwarya Khare and Rohit Suchanti being roped in for Zee TV show ‘Bhagya Lakshmi’. The show has already hit the television screens and is getting all the love from the fans. Ever since the promos of the show went LIVE, the viewers went gaga over the show. 

India Forums got in touch with Aishwarya Khare who will be seen essaying the character of ‘Lakshmi’ in the show. We asked the gorgeous actress as to what made her sign the show, she said, “I found myself connected to Lakshmi because there were several similarities between both of us. In fact, the one thing that connected us both was our belief in destiny. Honestly, the only thing that convinced me to do this role was the character and the story”.

We asked her if she believes that characters like ‘Lakshmi’ exist in real life. She quipped, “ Yes absolutely, and I felt this the most when I recently met our COVID heroes who during the pandemic found numerous ways to help the fellow citizens of our country. These individuals embody Lakshmi’s selfless spirit and they have helped humanity in a significant way by prioritizing the needs of others over theirs. I spoke to different people about their selfless journeys and how they determinedly went out of their way to help people out. It restored my faith in kindness and that’s when I felt closer to Lakshmi’s character as well”.

She added, “I can very well relate to the character. While we have seen various female characters on television, I am yet to come across a character like Lakshmi who so strongly believes in the power of good Karma. I feel it was the Karma connection that brought me closer to Lakshmi because just like her, I believe that you're Bhagya determines the good and bad for you. Her nature and way of living also slightly resembles mine which is why it was an effortless task stepping into this character. While there are a lot more similarities than I could delve into, I believe viewers will get to see the character connect the moment they watch the show”.
