I don't like the trend of people turning into shape-shifters!- Romanch Mehta

Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala actor talks about TV trends he dislikes.

TV is going through an interesting time where certain trends are dominating a majority of the current tracks (the leaps aren't happening out of nowhere). There are a bunch of ways in which makers keep their viewers hooked and some are rather unrealistic. We got into a chat with actor Romanch Mehta about his opinion on current TV trends and the actor, who is in Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala and Paramavatar Shri Krishna had a fun response to the subject.

In an interview with India Forums, the actor told us, "Genuinely if you ask me, I have never liked sequences that have random rebirths or reincarnations. Also, I don't like the trend of people turning into shape-shifters, they become animals from humans. I can imagine it happening in mythologies and supernatural shows (think Naagin and Mahakaali: Anth Hi Aarambh Hai). But in social settings it is just too unrealistic."

The actor also added that sometimes actors themselves have to play out situations they can barely digest. We are totally with what he has to say. The trends however, end up working well with audience. Interesting isn't it?
