Star Bharat’s longest-running show on television, RadhaKrishn has been a part of our lives for quite some time. The show has continuously entertained its audience through the love tale of Krishna and Radha. It is considered as one of the landmark shows of Indian television. And today was the last episode date of the show as it goes off-air.

Both the likes of Sumedh Mudgalkar and Mallika Singh aka Krishna and Radha respectively became household names and are synonymous to their on-screen characters for many in the past four and a half years.

As today marks the end of an era for them, India Forums got in touch with Sumedh asking about show going off air and his character "It’s been a long journey being associated with the show, it’s been 6-7 years and now that it’s coming to an end everything feels different, the perception of seeing things around changes be it set, the environment or the people around me. You suddenly realize that you won’t see it anymore. It’s very emotional while shooting scenes as well, it’s like a flashback coming through and remember all the scenes that I’ve shot before at each and every corner of the sets. I can’t really imagine at the moment how I would feel I guess it’s only after a certain point that I’ll realize how important this role has been for me and what void it’ll leave in my life.

Indeed the show and its presence will be missed by many. As one would remember, a prequel to the show, Jai Kanhaiyaa Laal Ki was also made that aired in October 2021 but went off-air in less than a year in July 2022.
