What does fitness mean to you? What's your idea about fitness?
Fitness is everything to me, I am a fitness freak. I can quit eating andbreathing but I won't quit my work out.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
I work out five days a week, practice martial arts and go for danceclass; I eat right and absolutely avoid junk food.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
Yes a little, if I'm with my family I eat everything that my momgives me but when I am alone I eat very limited and cautiously.
Three things you do every day to remain fit.
I eat right, workout religiously, balance my meals and drink lots of water.
What is your take about proteins and supplement in-take amongst guysthese days?
There is an immediate need of protein in your body post work out, youcan't consume protein rich food immediately but a protein shake helpsand is convenient. I prefer natural diet but these are sometimes
needed.
Is there any sport you are skilled at?
Yes, I'm skilled at karate, cricket, skating and body building.

I admire David Beckham's body.
What is your fitness secret?
I stay determined to control my food in-take and work out without any skipping.
