"I am a typical Punjabi who loves food" : Vipul Gupta

As we know that our TV celebs are very much conscious about their physique, but they never miss a chance to have lots and lots of food whenever they get time. Our Telly celebs love to be known as a foodie. One such food lover is the handsome hunk Vipul Gupta who is playing Anand in Star Plus' popular show Ek Nanad Ki Khushiyon Ki Chaabi...Meri Bhabhi.

Are you a foodie?

I am a typical Punjabi who loves food. I am a big time foodie.

Which is your most preferred cuisine?

Mughlai.

Your favorite mouth-watering dish?

Tandoori Chicken.

Which restaurant do you prefer the most?

I really like to go to Indigo in Mumbai and Kake Da Dhaba in Canaught Place Delhi where we can have awesome Tandoori Chicken and Butter Chicken.

Do you like spending time in kitchen?

I am more of an eater rather than being a person who cooks but I can manage myself if someone is not there at my home. I can make a dish of chicken, rice, paneer, few veggies and Biryaani as well.

What is your most memorable kitchen moment, be it happy or a disastrous one?

I remember when my Mom used to cook and whenever she used to go out of the kitchen, I used to go into the kitchen like a thief and eat the hot and spicy bhujiyaas or pakoras made by her.

Which is your favorite quick cheap healthy meal?

Tofu made with olive oil and soya sauce.

If you have to take a celebrity on a dinner date, then who would it be?

I would like to go with Deepika Padukone.
