"I am a smart buyer." - Giaa Manek

TellyBuzz brings to you the column on 'Confessions of Tellywood Shopaholics.' This week we caught up with pretty Giaa Manek who was seen as Jeannie of SAB TV's popular show Jeannie Aur Juju.

We tried to find out more about Giaa's shopping interests and her most preferred shopping destination through this column.

Share your craze for shopping?

I am a very sensible buyer and I am not a shopaholic person because I don't buy anything instantly, I think twice before buying anything that is worth or not. I always look for elegant things and then buy it. I am not like those girls who keep on buying for no reason, I am a smart buyer.

How often u go for shopping?

Anytime I go for shopping. Whenever I feel like I go for shopping especially when there is any occasion I go to a  shop which looks elegant. Even when there is no occasion or any reason and I feel like going on shopping then I take my wallet and car and go to the malls and shop.

What do you shop the most for?

Clothes.

Your dream shopping destination?

Well I have not yet thought of any place because I have to visit may more places and countries and then I will be able to decide which will be my dream destination place. I have already traveled at many places but still I want to visit places like Malaysia, USA and many more.

Where do you prefer shopping in Mumbai?

Infinity 2 Mall which is at Malad because you get all the brands there. I can shop from anywhere also because I don't stick to brands whatever I find good and elegant I buy it even from non branded stores.

Quick Fire : What would you buy?

Rs. 10- Flower for the entrance of my house.

Rs.100- I will give 100 rupees to a beggar at the signal.

Rs.1000- I will distribute it amongst 4 watchmen of my building.

Rs.1 lakh- I will buy jewelry for my mother.

Rs.1 crore- I will invest in the property for myself.

Share how you feel after shopping?

I feel like I am on the top of this world. I feel very happy after shopping because I am kind of a person who becomes happy with small things. I don't need to buy a diamond ring to make myself happy, if I buy a flower for me it will make me very happy.
