As the ultimate war of the best talents on Television, Ustaadon Ka Ustaad begins on Sony Entertainment Television from 7th April, we will see a fierce battle on stage between the contestants of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Vs Voice of India Vs Indian Idol, Nach Baliye Vs Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, Comedy Circus Vs Great Indian Laughter Challenge, Lil Champs Vs Chhote Ustaad, all for the first time ever on one platform.
Emon will be pitted against his Indian Idol friend, Amit Paul, Mauli Dave and Raja from SaReGaMaPa, Toshi and Sumitra from Star Voice of India. When quizzed about his fellow contestants and their capability to perform at this level, the young lad said, “I know all of them quite well and have heard them perform too. To be frank, all are good singers and each singer has a different voice quality. So only time will be the best judge”.
Emon could not stop himself from giving a special mention about Raja. “Raja is a star, no doubt about it, but he does not have any air about himself. He is so down to earth and I think humility is the most important quality that a singer needs to have”, quips the talented singer.
Talking about his future plans, the spectacled singer states, “I have received immense adulation and blessings from the people of India and I am really grateful for that. I am planning to get into playback and working on my album also. I have even got an offer to sing with Anu Malik. So I am eagerly looking forward to bettering myself”.
