The saas-bahu conflict knows no cultural bounds. There is nothing more vindictive than a scorned in law hatching plots and playing the dictator to a couple's future. With TV giving us ample range of mother-in-laws, we decided to make a few matches of our own. Here's who we'd cast as some of the most popular Hollywood mother-in-laws.

Vandana Pathak as Cersei Lannister in Game of Thrones

Vandana Pathak in her TV roles shows all the signs of aggression Cersei Lannister suppresses. We see Gaura wanting to do some real harm to her Bahu on Saath Nibhaana Saathiya. Considering the fact that Cersei Lannister actually burnt her daughter-in-law to a crisp, we approve the match!

Kamya Punjabi as Viola in Monster-in-law

Jane Fonda played her part as an anti-bahu in Monster-in-law. To match her meddling, complaining persona with the verbal jibes, we picked Kamya Punjabi. We can totally imagine her making a major roadblock for a wanna-be bahu to overcome!

Veronica, like a typical high-class woman, shows a heavy dislike for anyone who isn't "cultured" enough for her taste. We can totally see Achint Kaur deal with the not-so-appealing choices of her son.
