Here's how 'Yeh Pyaar Nahi Toh Kya Hai' actress Palak Jain celebrated her birthday today!

While a lot of us prefer to celebrate our birthdays in a grand way by throwing parties and letting our hair loose, some prefer a quiet birthday with their family.

Sony TV's Yeh Pyaar Nahi Toh Kya Hai actress Palak Jainn took this tradition very seriously and went to Agra to ring in her big day, not to throw a huge party, but to spend time with her grandparents.

Says Palak, "I want to dedicate this birthday to my grandparents. I was waiting for my birthday because I wanted to meet my grandparents and celebrate the occasion with them."

She continued, "My show's set is in greater Noida and that is why I stay in Noida, whereas my family stays in Agra. I am very much close to my grandparents. But I haven't seen them from past two months. And that is why I requested my production team to allow me to go home to Agra on this birthday."

Revealing on how she plans to celebrate, she says, "I will have a simple birthday celebration this year. This would be as simple as my on-screen character Anushka Reddy. From the morning itself, I am getting calls from my co-actors and directors and it feels really special."
