Star Plus, a few years ago, was on the spree to present the perfect mix of 'experimental meeting commercial' aspect and the Shaleen Malhotra starrer, Arjun was one of the perfect examples of the same.

Even though it had it's masala content, there were some real content driven plot twists and turns backed by actor, Shaleen Malhotra's career best performance. The journey for Shaleen has been an amazing one, where we last saw him as the lead in Colors' Laado 2. And, it took us a while to soak in that it has already been over six years since Arjun first aired.

Nevertheless, the show is truly one of the best ones and the fans remember it at several instances. And needless to say, the show is extremely special to Shaleen too, as apart from an episodic appearance in Adaalat, Arjun was Shaleen's true-blue TV debut as the leading man and the show was a resounding success.

But, isn't it always amazing to know about the trivia of your favourite TV show?

Recently, none other than Shaleen went ahead to share an interesting piece of information as he had his throwback moment. One of the poster looks of the show, where Shaleen was required to sport a hoodie actually had a lot of time and effort dedicated to it.

Gorky, the ace photographer and producer Gul Khan's husband wouldn't rest until he found the right hoodie and finally as they found one, he shot this beautiful image. Shaleen further captioned the image as "long way from #arjun to #yuvraj from #ariya to #yuvshka @colorstv ... thanks a ton everyone for showering your love on me always..."

Yes, we still miss arjun rawte . ACP Arjun Suryakant Rawte will be always very special to our hearts. The chemistry between ariya will be always fresh and sweet-quite forever. Missing those ARJUN days... want to director @gorky sir to continue this with it's next season... 🤞 🤞 🤞

I just noticed he said Ariya to yuvska. That was for us. He shipped Ariya too. Yes shaleen we still miss your chemistry with Sana. I really really wish you two to come back on screen together ❤

Words cant express how much I love and miss this show. It was the best action thriller show on Indian TV. It was different and it had a dark theme which I really loved.

The character of Arjun itself was the best thing about the show aside from the theme and plot. A no nonsense cop who will do whatever it takes to bring justice to the oppressed.

I think 4 Lions should seriously consider bringing this show back with a second season. After all this is the best or should I say the only good show from 4 Lions.

And please no love story or female lead. Keep it dark, gritty and violent. These are the themes that Arjun is known for. Oh man I miss this show so much.

Arjun was fabulous! Loved Shaleen as Arjun! He was stunning! Such a ruggedly handsome guy among the legion of pretty boys! Love this guy and can't wait for him to do a role like Arjun again!

Actually instead of giving extensions to Gul's usual crap, why doesn't SP ask Gorky to do Season 2 of Arjun? The best damned show made by 4 Lions!
