Helly Shah Tests Negative For COVID-19; Celebrates With Cake on Sets

We do already know how the coronavirus pandemic has hit TV industry rather harder than one anticipated, and we have also witnessed multiple instances everyday of actors being detected with the virus and others.

So, when Ishq Mein Marjawan 2 sets also witnessed cases coming in, others had to get them tested and one of them was Helly Shah.

Helly Shah, who plays the leading role complained about having a mild cough and cold and hence, following protocol, Shah went on to have a COVID-19 test done. It is indeed fortunate that the reports have come in and Shah has tested negative.

Needless to say, she heaved a sigh of relief and and stepped further to even celebrate this instance. She had a cake ordered which had the words 'Negative' written on in and celebrated the moment.

Talking about it to Bombay Times, Shah said, “This was my second COVID-19 test in 25 days. I was suffering from a mild cough and cold, and decided to take a test for coronavirus. Yes, I was nervous about the results as it is frightening. But everything went well and I cheered up as soon as I found out that my reports were negative. I thought that called for a round of celebration and immediately called for a cake.”

It is not just a relief for Helly Shah aka Riddhima but for her fans too, we are certain.
