Helly Shah starrer Sufiyana Ishq undergoes a NAME CHANGE; will air on Star Bharat now

We have been constantly updating you with Prateek Sharma's upcoming show Sufiyana Ishq featuring Helly Shah and Rajbeer Singh as the lead pair. We also mentioned about the rest of the cast including actors Siddhant Vir Suryavanshi, Ram Gopal Bajaj, Vishavpreet Kaur, Kashish Duggal and Jaineeraj Rajpurohit.

The show was earlier touted to be aired on Star Plus, but according to the latest update it will now telecast on Star Bharat. Not just that but the name of the show has also changed from Sufiyana Ishq to Sufiyana Mera Pyaar.

Yes you heard it right!

The story of the show will revolve around an intense Islamic love story. Helly Shah who is best remembered for her shows Swaragini and Devanshi will be seen in a full fledged lead role yet again.

We also hear that actress Zaara Khan has also been roped in for an important role in the show. Zaara who was earlier seen in Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi will play Helly's cousin in the show has already started shooting for it.
