What does fitness mean to you?
It means a lot to me and honestly I work out to have whatever food I wish to. As I am really fond of food.
What efforts do you take to stay fit?
IÂ have gym at my home itself so in morning, I take out 45mins compulsorily for work out then no matter however late I get.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
Not at all.
Do you take protein supplements?
I use to take before to gain weight as I was very thin at that time. But now I don't take it.
Any sport that you are skilled at?
I am swimming since I was four. Then I have also played Basket Ball at national level.
A celebrity's body you admire?
Deepika Padukone.
What is your fitness secret?
I workout everyday, and if I eat unhealthy food sometimes I make it sure to workout double for it.
A fitness tip for your fans?
Just eat what suits your body, understand if you are putting on even one kg then start working on it. Health is wealth and respect your body, don't get over weight ever.
