Actor Gulshan Devaiah, who is basking in the success of his recent series "Dahaad," has been caught amid a controversy surrounding Vijay Varma and Tamannaah Bhatia's alleged romance. During the trailer launch event of "Dahaad," Gulshan playfully teased Vijay by mentioning Tamannaah's name, causing a viral uproar on social media.
In an interview with Hindustan Times, Gulshan shared his perspective on the teasing incident and revealed that Vijay took it lightheartedly. He started saying that he began the Tamannaah joke, which went viral, and he took it sportingly. He also said that they are friends and have much respect for each other, so he would never want to belittle him. Hence he knew he could tease him, but it was well within the boundaries. It's nowhere close to how he would tease him.
When asked about the truth behind Vijay and Tamannaah's dating reports, Gulshan admitted that he had no idea. However, he did acknowledge their apparent chemistry. Gulshan expressed, "I have no idea. I haven't even met her. I've only seen media reports and pictures of them together, which led to my teasing. But judging by Vijay's expressions, there is something there. There seems to be good chemistry between them. I'm sure that means something."
While Vijay and Tamannaah have chosen to keep silent about their rumoured relationship, their social media public displays of affection and their frequent outings together strongly suggest a romantic involvement.
On the professional front, Gulshan Devaiah has an exciting lineup of projects. He will be seen in "Ulajh" alongside Janhvi Kapoor and has Raj & DK's "Guns & Gulaabs" in the pipeline. His film "8 AM Metro" with Saiyami Kher was released on May 19, further adding to his busy schedule.
