Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein: Savi discovers her scholarship is cancelled and decides to fight back

Tonight's episode of "Ghum hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin" begins with Ishaan (Shakti Arora) starting his speech at an unexpected moment, unaware of the proper timing. Nishikanth subtly signals to Ishaan to check the time, leading Ishaan to come up with an excuse to justify his error quickly. Realising Nishikanth's hint, Ishaan agrees to join the upcoming board meeting.

Upon arriving at the board meeting, Ishaan apologises to Yashwant for his tardiness. Yashwant, however, doesn't let the opportunity slide without a pointed comment directed at Ishaan's punctuality. Seizing the floor, Yashwant queries Sharma about the sudden call for the meeting, leading Sharma to unveil a pressing issue regarding a complaint outlined in their quarterly magazine. Sharma proceeds to display the complaint on the screen, capturing the attention of the attendees. Nishikanth is responsible for reading the complaint aloud, revealing allegations of misappropriation of scholarships intended for needy people at the Bhosle Institute. 

Ishaan defends Savi's scholarship:

The letter specifically calls out Ishaan's wife, Savi (Bhavika Sharma), insinuating that she doesn't warrant the scholarship and implying misuse of influence by Ishaan. Yashwant expresses anger at the implication of a breach in their integrity, emphasising the seriousness of the matter. In defence of Savi, Ishaan contends that her scholarship was earned through hard work. Sensing the potential repercussions on their funding and reputation, Sharma urges swift action from the board. 

Meanwhile, Savi seeks information from Karuna regarding the expenses incurred for Harini's treatment, finding them to be exorbitant. Grateful for the scholarship's assistance in offsetting the costs, Savi feels a sense of obligation to Ishaan.

In a bid to challenge the board's decision, Ishaan argues for the cancellation of the rule, only to be reminded by Yashwant of the protocol for rule changes. As discussions ensue, Nishikanth suggests revoking Savi's scholarship, while Srikanth proposes that Ishaan cover the fees personally. Rendered speechless, Ishaan grapples with the weight of the decision.

Savi determines to fight:

Subsequently, Ishaan confronts Savi, divulging the board's decision to terminate her scholarship due to their marriage. He explains that it's a policy of the college triggered by changes in a student's financial status or marital status. Elsewhere, Yashwant shares the news of Savi's scholarship cancellation with Surekha, eliciting surprise from her. Seeing an opportunity, Surekha offers to take charge of the situation, which Yashwant readily agrees to.

Confronting Ishaan about his involvement in the decision, Savi expresses her disappointment and determination to fight for her rights. She defiantly declares her intention to reveal the truth about their marriage being a facade. Savi attempts to attend college, but Ishaan intercepts her, questioning her intentions. Savi reveals her plan to expose their marriage as a facade meant to appease Harini, vowing to leave once Harini's condition improves.
