Once Savi wakes up, she recalls the recent events, feeling pain in her shoulder. Concerned about Harini, Savi calls the hospital, confirming her sister's safety through a video call. Savi's low phone battery prompts her to search for a charger. After charging, she converses with the nurse, stressing the importance of keeping strangers away from Harini.

Meanwhile, Surekha consoles a distraught Reeva, expressing confusion about Ishaan's deep concern for Savi. Surekha suggests that Ishaan is overly sympathetic towards Savi and has forgotten his initial purpose of visiting. Surekha manipulates Reeva's emotions, claiming that she is the ideal life partner for Ishaan. Reeva, overwhelmed, hugs Surekha while grappling with her own emotions.

In another setting, Ishaan immerses himself in a bathtub, reflecting on recent events. Savi discovers Ishaan and Reeva's wedding preparations in the room, including the wedding card indicating today's date. Ishaan enters, and Savi questions why he married her if he intended to marry Reeva. Ishaan defends his actions, emphasising the urgency of saving Harini. Savi argues that he could have been honest with Harini initially, preventing the current turmoil. Reeva overhears their conversation, and a photo of her and Ishaan falls and shatters in her room.

Reeva rushes into Ishaan's room, ensuring his safety and embracing him. Witnessing this, Savi puts up their photo on the wall. Despite tensions, Ishaan assists Savi in hanging the photo. Savi apologises to Reeva, explaining the chaotic circumstances during Harini's critical condition. Savi decides to leave, but Ishaan stops her, wanting to talk privately. Yashwant, elsewhere, feels a sense of impending doom, and Nishikanth attempts to calm him down.
