College staff arranges a party for Ishaan and Reeva:

Tonight's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin episode starts with Parajvi, a college lecturer unaware of Ishaan (Shakti Arora) and Savi's (Bhavika Sharma) marriage, organising a surprise party for Ishaan and Reeva. She instructs an attendee to make arrangements for the party.

Parajvi warmly greets Reeva and compliments her appearance, oblivious to the situation. She questions Reeva about her traditional adornments, ignoring Reeva's attempts to explain. Parajvi assumes things and insists Reeva join her for a meeting in the staff room.

Ishaan offers Savi a tomoto:

Meanwhile, Savi, disturbed by a previous incident, struggles to eat and drinks tap water to ease her hunger. Ishaan notices her distress and encourages her to eat, but Savi hesitates, not wanting to involve him in her issues. He questions why she didn't confide in him earlier about the harassment. Savi explains she didn't want to involve him in college matters. Ishaan respects her decision and offers her a tomato, which she accepts before leaving. He resolves to inform Yashwant about the situation.

Shukla reveals the truth about Ishaan's marriage:

Reeva informs Ishaan about the staff room meeting. As they head there, Shukla reveals the truth about Ishaan and Reeva's marriage to Lecturer Sharma. Sharma, shocked, informs the other lecturers, and they hastily remove the decorations. Upon entering the staff room, Ishaan and Reeva are met with a banner congratulating them on their marriage. Realising the misunderstanding, Ishaan calmly addresses the situation and urges the staff to focus on their duties.

Later, Reeva overhears staff members gossiping about her and, feeling hurt, decides not to teach the class that day as she recalls the past incident. She tells Preeti she's not feeling well and leaves. Preeti informs the students, leading to negative comments about Savi. Feeling uncomfortable, Savi leaves the classroom. Yashwant advises Ishaan to keep the situation private until the reception. Ishaan agrees and sets out to find Savi before she heads home.
