Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Ishaan feels guilty for being responsible for the tragedy, not Samrudh

In tonight's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin episode, Ishaan (Shakti Arora) reveals to Savi (Bhavika Sharma) that he has something important to share and is about to disclose something but gets interrupted. A nurse urgently informs the doctor that one patient is still alive, prompting everyone to rush towards Harini. The nurse reports that Harini coughed just a minute ago. Savi attempts to awaken her while Ishaan reflects on recent events involving the Chavans.

The doctor examines Harini and declares that she is alive, albeit with a weak pulse. The nurse adds that there was no pulse when Harini was initially brought in. Savi desperately pleads with the doctor to save her sister, who is then transferred to an ICU for further evaluation. Savi anxiously questions the doctor about her sister's condition, to which he reveals a deep skull trauma, indicating that Harini is in a coma. Savi pleads for her sister's survival, but the doctor grimly asserts that the chances are very slim. Savi tears, questioning why fate has taken her family away.

Ishaan contemplates confessing to Savi that he is the one responsible for the tragedy, not Samrudh. He attempts to convey this information when a wardboy approaches Savi, requesting her to sign her family's postmortem consent form. Savi angrily dismisses the form, insisting that her family is alive and won't require such measures. The wardboy urges Ishaan to explain the procedure to Savi. 

Despite Savi's resistance, she eventually enters the morgue and, upon seeing her family's lifeless bodies, reminisces about the cherished moments spent with them. She implores each of them to wake up and stop the charade. Ishaan recalls Ninad's words about saving Savi and being prepared to face death. He tries to console Savi, advising her to accept the painful truth that her family is no more. Savi, still in denial, collapses.

Surekha reprimands the driver for not answering his phone and instructs him to bring the car. Yashwant inquires about the situation, and Surekha reveals that Ishaan is in Ramtek, unreachable by Reeva or herself. She suspects that Ishaan is trapped there by Isha and Savi's plotting. Yashwant speculates about Shantanu and Isha being on a flight. Surekha accuses Savi of trapping Ishaan and decides to go to Ramtek to bring him back.

The doctor examines Savi and attributes her collapse to shock and low blood pressure, expressing relief that a family member is present. Ishaan introduces himself as Savi's professor and offers his support. Ishaan's inner thoughts reveal his regret for acting as a saviour and indirectly causing the demise of Savi's family. Reeva calls Ishaan, concerned about his whereabouts. Ishaan discloses the tragic events, explaining his involvement and Savi's current unconscious state. Reeva, shocked, asks about Savi's well-being, and Ishaan reassures her while emphasising the need to focus on Savi's condition.

Savi dreams of Samrudh kidnapping her family and issuing threats, waking up in distress. Reeva informs Surekha about Samrudh's actions and the tragic outcome. Surekha recalls exposing Samrudh and questions if the rogue Samrudh desired to marry Durva. Reeva is uncertain, but Surekha sympathises with Savi's plight and insists on going to Ramtek immediately. Yashwant supports Reeva's decision to trust Ishaan and wait. Upon Ishaan's return to Savi's room, he discovers her absence. The nurse informs him that a constable took Savi to identify the culprits. Concerned that Savi might learn the truth from Samrudh, Ishaan decides to inform her before Samrudh has the chance.

Precap: Savi points a gun at Samrudh, and Ishaan intervenes. Samrudh admits that he shares responsibility for her family's demise, holding Ishaan and Savi responsible equally.
