Getting new comers bag prominent roles and gain fame makes me feel happy: Casting Director Dheeraj Mishra

Dheeraj Mishra has become a known name in the industry. While Mishra has been in the industry since a long time, he prefers to freelance as it gives him more opportunities to get in touch with new comers and revive his contacts with established actors on a regular basis. 

Dheeraj has cast many actors in various projects and he believes in promoting new talents. He said, "It feels great to cast new actors in prominent role in several projects as I, myself know the struggle that one goes through in the industry".

Talking about the change in the industry post COVID, Mishra stated, "Digital auditions are becoming more common and acceptable compared to physically going and appearing for auditions, allowing individuals to seek their pot of gold from every nook and corner of the country".

Talking about his experience in the industry so far, Dheeraj said, "Experience includes both good and bad moments, which i guess is the part of the process. Having said that, I feel the sad part is that of actors not acknowledging the contributions of casting directors in their road to fame".
