Garv is Vikram Gaikwad.

In the upcoming episode of Star Plus' Mujhse Kuchh Kehti... Yeh Khamoshiyaan, we will see that Garv's real identity is revealed.

Garv will be shown as Vikram Gaikwad, the son of Appaji's friend who comes in their house to take  revenge as he is aware about Appaji's past.

He blackmails Appaji by demanding dowry from him when he gets married to Gauri. However Appaji refuses to do so and a situation arises that compels Garv a.k.a Vikram Gaikwad to get married to Gauri.
