As Diwali is nearing, a significant decision by the Supreme Court regarding the cracker ban has stirred a wave of relief and joy among numerous actors. Through their social media platforms, these actors have voiced their elation, seeing this ruling as a means to enable the celebration of the festival while maintaining a mindful and responsible stance towards the environment.

Juhi had recently proactively put out a video on her social media showing her daughter the recent news about the air quality in Mumbai. The two then told their viewers to spread the message of "No Firecrackers" this Diwali, urging people to find alternative ways to celebrate the festival without contributing to air pollution. On the same day, the Supreme Court decided to outlaw crackers, which Juhi hailed and applauded on her social media.

Bipasha Basu, known for her love for nature, applauded the cracker ban as a step towards promoting greener alternatives for celebrating Diwali and encouraged her fans to join her in embracing sustainable practices. 

3. Sonam Kapoor

The fashion diva of the entertainment industry, Sonam Kapoor, echoed similar sentiments regarding the cracker ban. The actor, a prominent voice for sustainable fashion, emphasized the need to prioritise the environment and enjoy the festival without harming nature. 

4. Prajakta Kohli

Prajakta Kohli, a popular YouTuber and social media influencer, also expressed her support for the cracker ban. Known for her humorous and relatable content, she urged her followers to find creative ways to celebrate Diwali that are both enjoyable and eco-friendly.
