For Khatron Ke Khilad you need mental preparation than physical preparation - Sagarika Ghatge

Popular actress Sagarika Ghatge who has won millions of hearts with her performance in many Bollywood films especially in Chak De India where she was seen as the best hockey player is all set to show her daring side in Colors' stunt based reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi - Darr Ka Blockbuster Returns.

In conversation with TellyBuzz, Sagarika talks about her motive, biggest phobia and much more...

As you are going to be seen a contestant is this daredevil show, how have you prepared yourself?

I haven't prepared myself. I am just going there because I feel that for this show more than physical preparation you need mental preparation. One will get to know that how much physically and mentally we are strong once we are in the show doing stunts.

What made you to take up this show?

I think just the fact that I wanted to do something different. I means going for lots of adventure, thrill etc. its going to be very exciting.

Which is your biggest phobia?

There are lots of phobias. Probably today I would say that there is no phobia but when I go there I would realize that there are lots of things which would make me think that whether I will be able to do it or not. It will be through this show where I will get to know about my phobias.

Have you seen the previous seasons of Khatron Ke khiladi?

I haven't seen any seasons of this show but I have seen one episode which was quite scary and quite excruciating in terms of your fitness level and mental level.

What do you have to say about the host Rohit Shetty?

I think its great that we are having a host like him as he is somebody who is so encouraging, while the contestants are performing the tasks.
