What does fitness means to you? What is idea of fitness?

Fitness means being healthy and active. You don't feel sleepy and remain fresh.

What efforts do you take to stay in shape?

I am a very careful eater because I believe fitness mainly depends upon your food habits. Most of us end up having a disastrous diet schedule and spoil their health.

Are you conscious about your food choices?

Yes, as I have already mentioned before, that I am very conscious about my food choice.

Do you take protein supplements?

I used to take supplements when I used to do workout, but now as I don't get time for my work out I don't take them.

Is there any sport you are skilled at?

I used to play cricket, I have played at state level from Delhi.

A celebrity's body you admire?

I think Hrithik Roshan has a great physique.

What is you fitness secret?

My fitness secret is that I eat right, do workout and I meditate a lot.
