Television actor Manish Wadhwa, who is playing Kans in Paramavtar Shree Krishna says fictional and historical shows are women-oriented.

When asked if he feels the small screen is dominated by women, Manish said, "Yes, I feel so, because the thing is that generally, women have the time to watch that (shows)... Men want something like, maybe, Chandragupta Maurya."

The actor is thankful for getting roles in which he can perform.

"I feel for fiction and history, all these shows are women-oriented... Thank god I am getting such roles where I can do something and perform," he added.

Paramavatar Shree Krishna, which airs on &TV, has actors Sachin Shroff and Vishal Karwal. It showcases the journey of Lord Krishna from his birth to being worshiped as God, with a four-year-old Nirnay Samadhiya playing the younger Krishna.
