Fans want me to slap Jasmine; I don’t find JasFa’s love wrong in ‘Udaariyaan’: Kamal Dadiala

Colors’ show ‘Udaariyaan’ has been entertaining the viewers since the beginning. The show has reached new heights of success. The show recently witnessed the most awaited entry. Actor Karav V Grover entered the show as Angad Maan, Tejo’s love interest.

The current track of the show revolves around Tejo and Fateh finally getting divorced. Khushbeer has asked Tejo to move on and get married first and then only he would accept Fateh and Jasmine’s relationship.

There have been a lot of discussion about the extra-marital track in the show. The producer Ravi Dubey have always mentioned that they’ve been extra careful while penning down the track keeping in mind, the sensitivity of the topic.

Post Fateh and Tejo’s marriage, the fans were in awe of their onscreen couple and shipped them in huge numbers. However, within a span of few weeks, Fateh got back to Jasmine and started to cheat on Tejo. Jasmine has been very blunt about her affair with Fateh in front of her family. In a few scenes, she also behaved rudely with her parents Satti and Rupi. Fans often demand that Satti should lash out at Jasmine or slap her at least once for her behavior.

India Forums got in touch with actress Kamal Dadiala who plays the role of Satti in the show and asked her about her take on the fans demand, “I received many such comments wherein the fans demanded and requested that Satti should slap Jasmine and take her class, but I feel my character Satti feels guilty and somewhere down the line blames herself for Jasmine’s behaviour. It was Satti and Bebe who showed Jasmine the dream of going to Canada. They never knew that the dream that they made Jasmine see would cause so much of trouble in their lives. The guilt makes Satti week and she cannot take a firm stand against Jasmine”.

We asked Kamal about her thoughts on Jasmine and Fateh’s love, “Honestly, I quite believe that ‘pyaar’ pyaar hota hai. I mean, the love between Fateh and Tejo was very situational. It was forced by the families but they eventually found solace in each other. But the love that Fateh had for Jasmine came from his heart. I feel no one is right or wrong in love. I can never choose between Fatejo or Jasfa. Having said that, the circumstances are such that JasFa are doing things the wrong way and FateJo are ruling the hearts of the people”.
