Fahmaan Khan’s Facebook and Instagram accounts hacked, actor warns fans to stay alert

Television actor Fahmaan Khan recently took to social media to alert fans that both his Facebook and Instagram accounts have been hacked. In a post shared on his verified account, he informed followers about the security breach and urged everyone to avoid clicking on any suspicious links or responding to unknown messages that may come from his handle or any similar-looking account.

The actor, known for his roles in popular TV shows, expressed concern about the rise in digital threats, especially with the growing misuse of AI. In his note, Fahmaan wrote, “If you receive any unusual messages, links, or requests from any other account or my account, please do not click on them or respond—In a world where AI is taking over reality, this seems scary and very unsafe.”

Fahmaan shared that the issue has already been reported to both Facebook and Instagram, along with the cybercrime department. According to him, the concerned teams are working on resolving the matter.

This warning comes as an important reminder in a time when digital impersonation and account takeovers have become alarmingly common, especially for public figures. While AI has enhanced user experience in many ways, it has also opened doors to threats like deepfakes, fake messages, and phishing scams.

Fahmaan signed off the message with a promise to return soon, writing in the caption: “I’ll be back as soon as I can.” His fans quickly flooded the comment section with concern and support, asking him to stay strong and assuring him they won’t engage with any suspicious messages.

Fahmaan Khan gained recognition with his roles in shows like Kya Qusoor Hai Amala Ka, Ishq Mein Marjawan, and Mere Dad Ki Dulhan between 2017 and 2020. He later played lead roles in hit serials such as Apna Time Bhi Aayega, Imlie, and Pyar Ke Saat Vachan Dharampatnii. Currently, he is part of Iss Ishq Ka Rabb Rakha, where he portrays a Sikh character named Ranbir Singh Bajwa.
