Dream Girl to go off-air!

Life Ok's popular show 'Dream Girl- Ek Ladki Deewani Si' is all set to go off air this month...

Shashi Sumeet Mittal's popular show 'Dream Girl- Ek Ladki Deewani Si' is all set to bid adieu to its audience soon.

We hear that despite of introducing several major high points along with some new entries on the show, the ratings didn't go up and that's why the show is being taken off-air by the end of this month. The show will go off air on the 25th of February and the cast is expected to shoot their last on 20th of this month.

When we contacted Ssudeep, he told us, "It's been a short and a sweet journey and I loved the part that I have played. My character had so many shades. It's always a pleasure working with Shashi Sumeet Productions. It's been a great journey and I will cherish this character a lot."

We wish good luck to the team for their future endeavours!

I cannot believe while I write this ! But I am happy.. They could have had better by not replacing character of Aarti as.. pH had always known fans love Shraddha and Sudeep!

And this is why they should have stuck with keeping Shraddha and Sudeep as Aarti and Raghu. The show would have had a chance to last longer, with more positivity to balance Ayesha's personality.

With the unfortunate turns this show has taken lately, all I can say is that I feel bad for Shraddha, who has been carrying this show on her shoulders ever since it started and has put so much into portraying Ayesha and Aarti...What an amazing job she has done in this show! And I also feel bad for Sudeep, who came into the show, matched Shraddha's performances at every step, and left a lasting impression in such a short amount of time...Definitely not an easy task to accomplish!

Such a pity that these two couldn't get more scope to play off of each other and showcase the fascinating relationships that they had developed so beautifully onscreen. They're a fantastic acting partnership and their scenes have been the highlights of the show over the past 3 months. I wish Shraddha and Sudeep all the best for their future endeavors! I also wouldn't mind another reunion somewhere down the line...

P.S. I love how this article has a picture of Sudeep-Shraddha from MLTAK!
