Drashti Dhami and Niraj Khemka hold their daughter close as they share first glimpse

Drashti Dhami and Niraj Khemka welcomed home a baby girl on October 22, 2024. This is the couple’s first child. After the Diwali celebrations, they have posted the first look of the little one. We can see her sleeping peacefully in the arms of her mumma in a pista green onesie. Drashti Dhami has worn a blue striped dress while Niraj Khemka is in a bright yellow kurta keeping with the Diwali Puja vibes. Mouni Roy, Jennifer Winget, Surbhi Jyoti, Nakuul Mehta sent her a lot of love. The baby was born in the tenth month. The actress compared her situation with that of Rachel from FRIENDS.

We can see the couple sitting on a baithak in their home. The wall in the backdrop is done with animal motifs on paint. It has elephant and giraffe perfect for a little baby. The actress has had a long career in TV with some superhit shows like Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon, Geet – Huyi Sabse Parayi, Pardes Main Hai Mera Dil and more. She was also excellent in the web show, Duranga. It was a remake of the Korean serial killer thriller Flower Of Evil that starred Lee Joon-gi, Moon Chae-won in lead roles. Gulshan Devaiah was paired with Drashti Dhami on the show.

The couple have been married for close to a decade. Throughout the years, she was often asked about when was she going to have a baby. The actress said it would happen when she felt the time was right. At 38, she is mother to a gorgeous baby girl. Drashti Dhami stayed fit throughout her pregnancy with pre-natal yoga, gym and meditation. Her husband Niraj Khemka is a businessman. The couple took their time to build bonds as friends, explore the world and finally embraced parenthood.
