Drama in Pratha as Abhay gets to know of Amreek's death..

COLORS' Rishton Se Badi Pratha is going great guns, and the drama that took place last week has taken the show to a new high with an average rating of 2.4 TVR.

With Surbhi (Shalini Chandran) getting inside the Markhande house, it is now time to some emotional connect with the family. However, it will not be a cakewalk for the girl as Abhay's (Vishal Karwal) mother feels that she has mesmerised her son just to get into the house.

There will be yet another high point coming this week wherein Abhay will get to know that his close friend Amreek (Kunal Karan Kapoor) is dead.

Our source states, "Abhay is under the impression that Amreek is with his brother-in-law Ranvijay (Faisal Raza Khan). He calls his sister that is Ranvijay's wife to enquire about Amreek when Ranvijay snatches the receiver from his wife and lets out the truth to Abhay. This news comes as a shocker for the young lad, and he confronts Ranvijay in a big way".

In Friday's episode, Abhay and Ranvijay will have a major encounter wherein Abhay's aggressive side will open up for the first time.

We also hear that the show will soon proceed towards a small-scale wedding of Abhay and Surbhi which will have all rituals without any grandeur.
