Actor Disha Patani is gradually making her mark in Bollywood where after being in a few roles here and there, the actor had a big release earlier this year with Radhe opposite Salman Khan.

But it isn't her films that thr actor is in news for most of the time. It is her fitness game and her love for martial arts that the actor flaunts and is loved for the most.

On the occassion of Martial Arts Training Day, Patani opened up on the importance of the same for her in an interview with ETimes. She said, "For me personally, Martial Arts has been a true saviour, when it comes to maintaining physical and mental wellness. It is a great form of exercise as it has a number of health benefits. 

She added, "From physical fitness to mental and physical enhancement, martial arts paves way for people to reach their peak potential. In my journey of self actualization, martial arts and kickboxing have played a crucial part, and I urge everyone to practice the arts."

On the work front otherwise, Patani is currently shooting for Ek Villain Returns where it is said she will be doing her own action scenes. She will also be seen playing the lead in Ekta Kapoor's KTina.
