Amitabh Bachchan was the Supremo!

Not a lot of us know this but Amitabh Bachchan was once a comic book superhero! He was called the Supremo in his comic book series published by India Book House. The series was written by Gulzar and was sold for over two years!

Supremo was the alter-ego of Amitabh Bachchan who gave out messages to his fans. To conceal his identity, Amitabh wore a pink skin tight suit with a black drape around his waist. He carried a revolver and a chakra pendant. He wore large welding goggles to hide his face.

Supremo liked eating peanuts and loved to listen to music. That is why he carried a walkman with him! Supremo also had a pet dolphin called Sonal and a scout falcon named Shaheen! Amitabh was definitely one of the coolest superheroes to come out of India!
