Dheeraj Dhoopar, Surbhi Chandna begin filming new show 'Sherdil Shergill' in Shimla; Details inside

Colors is all set to bring up a new show with Dheeraj Dhoopar and Surbhi Chandna in lead. After Dheeraj bid adieu to Kundali Bhagya and left his fans hearbroken, he also presented good news for the fans that he will be sharing screen space with Surbhi Chandna.

The show is tentatively titled show, 'Sherdill Shergill,' produced under Viacom's banner by Saurabh Tewari. And the latest we hear is that the shoot of the same has already started in Shimla. Producer of the show Saurabh Tewari has posted a picture announcing the start of the shoot. He captioned it, "New Beginning.. #SHERDILSHERGILL #lovestory #comingsoon @dheerajdhoopar @officialsurbhic @parinmultimedia.

Talking to Pinkvilla, Dheeraj revealed that he is super exicted to work with Surbhi Chandna again. The two were great friends when they did Naagin. He even mentioned that two years ago, they were asked if we’ll be doing something together, and they promised that they will do something soon for their fans, and this show happened, which is huge for all of them. 

Talking further about the show itself, Dhoopar shared, “I am extremely happy and super excited to be doing this show. This is something that is very different from what I have done earlier in my career. The audience will get to see me in a new avatar. I started my career with Viacom (Sasural Simar Ka) and it’s good to be back to them, it’s a very homely feeling. What’s adding to the excitement is that this is the same team I worked with earlier.”
