Dharmendra's emotional note to Esha, Ahana & Hema: Age & illness is telling upon me

Bollywood veteran actor Dharmendra recently expressed his heartfelt emotions on social media for his daughters, Esha Deol and Ahana Deol. The veteran was recently seen at the wedding celebrations of his son Sunny Deol's son, Karan Deol, who tied the knot with Drisha Acharya, Bimal Roy's great-granddaughter. Dharmendra's poignant post revealed his deep longing for their presence and conveyed his immense love and respect for his daughters, as well as his extended family.

Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, Dharmendra shared a precious and endearing picture with his daughter Esha Deol. Alongside the picture, he penned an emotional note, addressing Esha, Ahana, Hema, and the entire Takhtani and Vohra families. He regretted not having personally spoken to them, citing his age and illness as obstacles that prevented him from doing so.

In his heartfelt message, Dharmendra wrote, "Esha, Ahana, Hema, all my darling kids and loving Takhtanis and Vohras, I love you and respect you all from the core of my heart. Age and illness are taking a toll on me, and I could have spoken to you personally... but 🙏" 

His words were filled with love, longing, and a sense of vulnerability, touching the hearts of many.

The post garnered an outpouring of love and well wishes in the comment section, with fans and followers expressing their support for Dharmendra's health and sending prayers his way.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Dharmendra will be seen in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. The film is directed by Karan Johar and produced by Dharma Productions. The star cast of the film includes Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi.
