Netlfix has been on a roll of sorts in India recently, where it has been presenting one original after the other thus expanding its reach in the best way possible. After the mammoth success os Sacred Games earlier this year, the platform presented its second original in the form of Selection Day in late December. There was a lot of anticipation for the show, and even though the overall response has been rather underwhelming, some fans are absolutely loving it.

It was only a while ago when we reported about how actress Parul Gulati has a small but noticeable role in the show. Of course, we did not know what was her character until the show went live. Parul plays the role of Monica Tandon, a beautiful, smart and rich girl who is Anand Mehta's (Akshay Oberoi) girlfriend. Her role and screentime were certainly limited, but that did not be an issue in her performance for sure as Parul received rave reviews for her performance.
