Dabangg Writer Dilip Shukla to develop a show for Imagine..

Dilip Shukla, the Writer of the most popular movie of 2010,Dabangg made history by creating the mesmerizing character of Chulbul Pandey, essayed by Salman Khan.

The renowned Writer who has written movies like Andaz Apna Apna, Mohra, Damini, Ghayal etc is now making his debut as Writer on the small screen.

A reliable industry source told TellyBuzz, "Dilip Shukla is apparently in talks with Imagine and a noted production house for a show. The story being developed by Dilip Shukla is based on a real life character".

We managed to contact Writer Dilip Shukla who told us, "Talks are on for a show on TV, but nothing is confirmed as of now".

When contacted, Saurabh Tewari, Head of Programming, Fiction, Imagine TV, said,"He is developing couple of concepts for us, but nothing is locked yet".

Apparently, the Writer is presently concentrating on his maiden big project on TV as well as Dabangg 2.

Let's wait and see how the Bollywood writer casts his spell on the small screen...
