What does fitness mean to you?

For me fitness is being healthy, eating healthy food, sleeping properly on time, running half an hour daily.

What's your idea of fitness?

Jogging every day, going to gym, doing yoga etc but nowadays I am doing cycling more.

Are you conscious about your food choices?

Yes of course I am when I realize ki mai put on kar raha hoon and I need to lose my weight now so I start doing dieting but at the same time I am very foodie.

Three things you do every day to remain fit?

Exercise, jogging to burn my calories, and  proper diet.

Is there any sports you are skilled of?

As I told you nowadays I am doing cycling, I love to play basket ball but don't get to play here but I do running.

Any celebs body you admire?

No one I just do it for myself.

What is your fitness secret ?

I am trying to become fit by going to the gym.

Fitness tips for your fans?

Eat salad at night, eat more protein food, the intake of carbohydrates should be less and follow your diet that's it and this is how you can be fit.
