Citylights opens well.

Citylights does a good opening weekend. Fri - 70 lacs, Sat - 1.32 cr (almost double of Friday) and Sunday - 1.55 cr (despite IPL finals). Total - 3.57 crore. (Crosses lifetime of Shahid over the weekend) Citylights was on profits even before film's release! Citylights has already recovered its COP and P&A much before the release of the film. Hansal Mehta's film has been made with a budget of 2.5 cr and p&a is approx. 4 crore. The film has already recovered 7 crores from its satellite rights and music that has been topping the charts currently. Well, it is yet another hugely profitable venture from Vishesh Films and Fox Star Studios.
