Chetan Bhagat is too much: Upen Patel & Karishma Tanna

Upen- The entire show is too much for me, there is lot of stress around. We rarely get time for rehearsals because of the other tasks happening in the house. This is not it, there are strict judges who are also too much; Nach Baliye has taken away all the sleep.

Karishma- Along with stress, injuries is also the too much factor. The main reason for stress are the injuries, every week we need a wow moment in our dance for which we do plenty of lifts, Upen got his body swollen especially neck and shoulder while lifting me. We have never done so much of dancing; now the level of dancing has also increased that adds more to the injuries.

Upen- Everyone is strong, reaching so far in the competition proves that everyone has the ability and so they are here. We are raising our level high and so are others, it is difficult so say anything at this point.

Karishma- Talking about competition, Rashmi Desai - Nandish Sandhu and Himanshu Malhotra - Amruta Khanvilkar are very good dancers whereas Aishwarya Sakhuja and Rohit Nag are strong in their expressions. I think everybody is good so they are here.

Upen- We got engaged on this show - it shows how close we have become, I think Bigg Boss 8 was a beautiful start for us, later we went to London to meet my family and from then our relationship stepped into another phase. Now with Nach Baliye 7, I am glad the way our graph is going.

Karishma- Nach has definitely brought us closer.  The more time we spend together, the more we are getting to know each other. I am glad that we did two stressful reality shows back to back and still have managed to stay together. I believe if our relationship can survive so much stress through these two reality shows, then I am sure we will enjoy our togetherness without the stress as well. There are bound to be arguments but such ups and downs are normal in relationships.  I feel that with every passing minute we are coming closer to each other.  

Upen- Its difficult to hide our true emotions, be it getting upset with each other since the environment is so stressful.  However, we try not to forget that we are in a competition.  As humans, we tend to grow under such stressful circumstances and a relationship will definitely strengthen by bringing both partners closer to each other.  We tend to learn when to give space to our partner as well as not cross their boiling points.  I believe it brings growth in the relationship.  

Upen- I have been working in India for almost 12 years, it will always be a part of my life. We are lucky to have two homes one in India and the other one in London.

Karishma- We will stay in both of our homes.

Not really, we have our individual films lined up for the year and so with the flow of time, let's see if any good offer comes along, we would love to work together.

Indeed this couple deserves to take the Nach Baliye 7 trophy home!
