Actress Chandani Bhagwanani has entertained the viewers with her phenomenal performances in shows like Amita ka Amit, Sanjivani 2 amongst others. The Actress recently took it to her twitter account to share an incident of facing racism in Melbourne, Australia.

She posted a video on her Twitter account where she mentioned in detail about the incident. She shared, "I would like to share a very small racism incident that happened with me. I was supposed to go to a certain destination but there was no direct train. So, we had to get down at a certain station and get a replacement bus. Because I've never travelled in a replacement vehicle, it was my first time, I asked the customer service and then they guided me to a certain bus that was going to the destination I wanted to go to."

She further mentioned in the video that she asked the driver if they are going to this particular destination but he didn't reply. The Actress thought that he didn't hear her so she started switching on her google maps and locate things. However, after missing several right turns, the Actress again went to ask him to which he again didn't reply and got busy on his phone. However, when someone else, who was not an Indian, went to ask him, he replied to that person very pleasantly.

She added, "Then after sometime another person went and asked about their respective stops and he replied to them also. So, I thought he is free now, so he may answer me too. When I went and asked him he didn't reply and started looking outside the window and it really shook me. I couldn't believe that racism still existed and it was humiliating. So, I asked him what is the matter and why is he not replying to me. Where are we going? So he yelled at me, stopped the bus in between and he said, 'Get out.' I was shocked. "You get out of here f..... Indian's," were his words."

The Actress wishes that she had the courage at that time to remove her camera and shoot him but she was shaken and didn't know how to react. Chandani mentioned that it's very sad that racism still exists.

Later, speaking to Spotboye.com, the Actress mentioned that it's been almost 5 months since she is in Australia but she never faced anything like that. She added that the behaviour was extremely weird and even though it was small, it shook her completely.

Can’t expect much from people whose ancestors were criminals sent there to serve punishment. The criminal genes are still there. Sorry that you had to go through this experience.
