Chandan Roy Sanyal Opens Up On How 'Kaminey' Was The Turnaround Of His Career

Actor Chandan Roy Sanyal is now a known name and has already had a range of impressive roles to play and being in some of the biggest films too.

However, if you have been following Sanyal's career over the years, one role that you can certainly not forget and is truly for the ages than that is if Mikhail in Vishal Bharadwaj's Kaminey.

And it isn't just us who feels that but the actor also agrees. In an interview with Iwmbuzz, Sanyal opened up on the same saying, “I had no idea that the character would end up being so popular. My initial thoughts were just that I am working with a big director like Vishal Bharadwaj and it is nothing less than an honour. So I just wanted to make my impact with my performance. But I certainly didn’t expect the response to be so great. Kaminey is one film that I feel is ahead of its time and even if it released today, it would have done well. It was the turnaround of my career.”
